Trying to find this title…

I’ll try to describe it as best I can.

The main character is a woman whose family life is going downhill. She finds God. She is convinced God is telling her to do different tasks, with the final request is to kill her own family. She is confused why god would ask to do such a horrible thing for His love. She does it. She is in jail when the end times come, and she hates God. You hear a horn, and all the bars in her cell fall to pieces. She finds herself at the gates to heaven, with her family begging her to join them if she would only love God. She can’t force herself to do that and her family and the picture fade away.

The main character looks like Andie McDowell. Any help to locate the title would be appreciated.
