Please help me find this children’s movie

Hi! So I’ve been thinking about this movie I watched about ten years ago. I remember the plot partially but it’s not enough because I can’t seem to find it anywhere. this movie was about a little girl, I think the whole story was happening during a war because I remember her father being a military person who was very violent and used to hit mades and workers that worked for him. Little girl’s mother was dead and she had a little baby sibling that was sick I think! Then one night a monster/demon looking creature with goat horns appeared in her room and offered help and she had to go through some tests to get their help. One of those tests that I remember was a room full of food and stuff that she wasn’t allowed to touch because a blind monster would attack her. The goat horn monster also told her to feed the baby with her blood! At some point the monster told her that she’s in fact the daughter of the monster king or something! I also remember She took the baby to the heart of a maze during the full moon to do some ceremony the monster told her to do. But her father followed and wanted to kill the baby but was killed by a maid at the end.
This is all that I remember and I know this explanation was all over the place but I’ll be super happy if anyone can help me.
