Horror movie about old lady that taps fingers together.

It’s a horror movie and it has an old woman in a wheelchair that always taps her fingers together. She dies and they show a girl tapping her fingers together, letting you know that the old lady took over the girl’s body. That’s all I remember. It was made in the 2000’s, but I can’t remember exactly when.
