Can’t think of the title and it’s driving me nuts!

A couple meet after they accidentally get locked in a restaurant bathroom together. I think she is from Italy. They get married and have a son. The mom becomes increasingly paranoid about the baby’s health and her behavior begins to endanger him. Dying to remember the name of this movie!
