Adult movie about a CD containing a virus that makes the users hynotized(and horny)

The main character(a tech-wiz or a game developer or programmer) moves to a new place(possibly California or Arizona) with his wife or girlfriend into a new house(very nice very big house with a tennis court) because of his work. The company that he works for developed a virus/program that can hypnotize people and put them in a trance where they do not remember anything during the duration of the trance(this is being used throughout the movie for erotic purposes). The house that he moved into belonged to a previous employee at that company who stole the Disk( CD of a floppy disk) hid it inside the house and by chance the wife/girlfriend finds it. And from there the story unfolds into a the main character trying to expose the company or destroying the virus.
