Can you help me?

I remembered when Disney used to show this movie, it’s about a long hair hero with wings that came from a boy’s comic to reality, the boy lived with his mother and I remembered some scenes he was escaping from bulliers with his skateboard ( correct me if I’m wrong ), and there’s this scene that the hero guy wore the mother’s bra because he didn’t know what was it for- I can’t remember the name of the movie so can you help me?
