I’m trying to track down a movie I saw a trailer of, but now can’t remember the name of. I think the trailer released in mid 2010’s, but I could be wrong. It was a horror movie in English and if I recall correctly, it was about a man who killed his family and possibly more people, recording the murders on video or audio tapes. A student begins studying the tapes (I think as part of a school project) and is either possessed or turned evil by the experience. Does anyone know this film?

I’m aware of both those films and it’s neither of those. This one focused on the aftermath of the student turning evil.
