What is the name of the French movie in which a man keeps losing his memory after having sex?

There used to be a movie on Netflix that was made in France sometime after 2000, involving a man who keeps losing his memory after having sex with a particular woman, who then (I believe) uses this to her own advantage. I didn’t get all the way through the movie at the time, but I added it to my queue, thinking I’d get back to it later – and Netflix got rid of it. Now I don’t know the name, and I’d like to find out.
