What is this animated movie?

Animated movie where some girl is trying to find her dad, and the main antagonist is called “The It.” I remember a part where she meets this woman who transforms into like a green flying dragon thing, and I remember the ending was when the girl was fighting The It and The It showed her a perfect version of herself and said something like: “this could be you if you help me” or soemthing like that. Then the girl said no and The It like slapped away the perfect version into the abyss.
