Swedish movie about the friendship between a ham radio operator boy and an Arabian oil sheik.

After a while the sheik visits the boy in Sweden.
The boy tries to help out the struggling business of his Swedish friend’s father by convincing the sheik to buy a bunch of blinds, saying that in the sunny east they’ll come in handy.

It’s a deceptive one because it looks easy and specific but I couldn’t find anything, so maybe some info is incorrect.
