I don’t know if this is a movie or a TV show. But there is a plot to poison a food additive (is, or similar to, high fructose corn syrup), and the team of protagonists sneak into a factory to stop the plot. The additive is red, and I believe one of the protagonists attempts to enter the factory by posing as an employee in a truck. There is a scene where a Black family is watching TV and there is an old-timey ad for the food additive, and the little girl asks her mom about it.
