chinese romance film

saw this movie on the plane around june 2016. cant rmbr much about it but i do know that the girl really liked astrology and the boy brought her to this huge telescope to see the stars or smthn, the guy was rich while the girl was poor so the family disapproved of her n if i rmbr correctly on their wedding day, the guy was hit by a car and lost his memories and his grandpa told the girl that if she truly loved him she will leave him b4 he regains his memories or smthn and then the movie ended there. there was also a hair tie involved in the film? cus he gave it to her as a gift and tied her hair for her. please do lmk if u know a film that sounds like that!!
