What’s this film where a gang of Japanese women attack a group of men? (youtube clip provided)

I’ve been trying to work out what this film is for about a year, could even be a TV Show. So in the clip, a gang of women in lot of leather are harassed by some guys. The lead girl says something and then uses a bladed ring to attack the lead guy and the women then beat up the guys with various weapons. I’m confident it’s Japanese, pretty sure the girl says “Go e moi shira” which roughly translates as “I’m sorry”, if I’m wrong please let me know and if you can translate any more of the dialogue that’d be great.
