Does anyone knows an animated movie with kids from around 1990-2005? I remember one scene when a group of kids were walking near the water (in some kind of docks?) maybe to the ship. I believe one guy had a skateboard. And I’m not sure about a little girl who some maybe found annoying (a little sister?) It was an adventure based movie, I also recall perhaps stormy weather when the waves were big and were hitting a rock mountain the kids were on. It unfortunately is not Treasure Planet.

Maybe it was a family that recently moved to a scary place though, the house on the rocky ground and near the sea/ocean
