What’s the name of a movie about a girl who goes to an island to find out they’re being killed

So a few years back, I watched a movie but I can’t remember the name of it. It was about this girl, who I think was a celebrity, and her family? Sent her off to this island that supposedly like helped make people better. It was like a fantasy looking island but in reality it was super creepy and shady. The girl is there with others, and as the movie goes on, she finds out that this place isn’t making people better, it’s just creating fake copies of them and then killing the girls when they’re done. I think at the end the main girl escaped with a boy on a boat. Not sure about that part though. Does any of this ring any bells?
