What was the name of this movie?

This was a movie I watched only once from my childhood and probably a family movie from between 1990s-2000s.

There was a scene with a boy inside a car who probably pulled on the handbrake in the car and the car drived backwards when the boy was inside the car and a young male protagonist came to the rescue for the boy in the car, there was a pretty woman flying with a large white drone-like vehicle, an another woman inside a large white tent and near the end the protagonist fighting a villain and after the protagonist holding onto a helicopter when he leaving.
