What is this scandinavian childrensmovie called?

When i was little i used to watch this movie a lot. For what i can remember it’s about a family with a boy named Per. I think it was a scandinavian (most likely swedish but it also could be german) movie but it was translated to my languague. There was a scene where they went on a trip to the forrest to go camping and i think i remember that the fence in the garden needed to be closed because of some reason.
Can someone help me, it’s getting annying now i cannot think of the name.
