what is this movie, i think it’s a chinese movie

there was this movie which i think was chinese but i saw the dubbed version. there was this character called goblin foot/goblin feet because of his fast feet but that person was only a side-character. the main characters were this petty-thief woman, this cop, and this guy who kept drinking because his daughter died. it’s a cop movie and they all fight in this big warehouse in the end against many evil guys. Also the cop guy has the vegetable masher that he beats the bad guy up with in the end. the cop loves cooking and sewing. i also remember that one of the bad guys would seduce women to hide him in their houses but not tell them he was evil. it’s a cop movie but i think there is some comedy to it. i think that it was released before 2018. that’s all i remember. i’m trying to remember it’s name so i can tell a mate but i can’t recall. can someone please reply?
