Used to have on YouTube, can’t find it anymore.

I used to watch clips from this on YouTube around 5ish years ago, never found out name of movie and can’t find the videos anymore.

There was a lot of hypnosis, the hypnotist was a funny man, a hypnotized guy stepped on a rake (or something like that) and it hit him in the head.

I think I also remember a small creature, possibly a dragon?
