Set in rural Spain, a weird film with odd features in the landscape, visual art type settings involving landscapes and ojects in states of movement and decay over time. It’s a fairly modern movie (not earlier that 1990s).

Hi, no sorry, had the trailer only for this one on youtube watch list but it went private/deleted grrrrr! It’s a psychogeography visual art syle film with quite a cult following. Bit of an outside chance to identify I appreciate. TY.
