Sexy comedy about a teenage who can mentally strip girls

Hello,
I watched this one some 35+ years ago on a school trip together with the “Percy’s Progress”, i.e. “It’s not the size that counts”. So a boy (teenage) gets some superpower (after some chemical experiment?) after which he is capable to (mind control) undress girls/teachers, so the movie was full with boobs and bras)) Stuck into this 10-year old brain for long time and would love to show it to my family now))
