Old postapocalyptic/science fiction movie or series – one scene I remmember

I saw it on TV in 90-s. In that scene a guy engages shootout with some bandits on his flying vehicle (or not flying I am not sure), during wich his vehicle is damaged and his woman-robot is destroyed. He is very disappointed, because a new robo-wife is very expensive. That`s all I remember. Can anyone identify that movie?
