old movie with yellow car that was followed by several black porsche

Hi,

I am trying to find the name of this movie:

its an old movie with a guy and a girl in a pick up truck, when he pushed a button they got lowered into the fast yellow car that was inside the pickup.
this car was followed by alot of black cars, i think the cars were porsche but not 100% sure.
also remember this guy had a jetpack but i really cant remember if it was from the same movie.
