Old Asian Film I watched as a kid in the 90s

I have been trying to figure out this movie for so long. I watched it all the time as a kid and I’m 35 now so it’s been 20+ years now. I probably don’t remember correctly but here we go.

It’s about a young Chinese maybe Japanese cook who specializes in making spaghetti I think or some type of noodle. He claims that his uncles?? recipe was stolen and goes on a journey to reclaim it. Could be a different family member. Lord I’m bad at this. From what I remember it’s a kung fu/Karate movie. Only thing I can remember exactly is when he is making the noodles and the end of the movie he is walking off in to the distance on a dirt road.
