Obsessed with a movie! Please help me

In this days, I am really obsessed with a movie. I tried everything that could work but I could not find and now, I am writing you as last hope.
I am looking for a movie which I watched when I was younger (I thought that it could be until 2009 but I am not sure). There was a mortician and I think he was living in a small town. I remembered the scene that he was painting a dead body’s nails pink with nailpolish. He was living his own house and he prepare deads to funerals. Also, I thought he was downstairs to room which he works. He was mortuary makeup artist. I would be very happy if you help me. Thank you in advance.
