movie which begins with a body found in car boot or trunk

A guy, a hit man I believe, finds a live body of a female in his boot. He chooses to deliver the body before doing his job which is, I believe that of a hit man. The police are onto him however and in the end he does a deal with the officer in charge of the case allowing both to succeed. He has a vehicle with a revolving number plate. Travels in Europe I believe, against the clock.
