I can’t think of the movie. I thought it had Jeffery Donovan but I searched all his stuff and nothing seemed familiar.
Pretty sure this guy is being killed the way he killed people and it just keeps happening over and over.

Movie would’ve had to been pre 2012 as it was before my first child.
It’s not Ian stone though. I remember a house. Two story with basement maybe?
It’s not one of the Hellraisers is it?
Inferno or Hellseeker, perhaps?
Im sure at least one of them they had a plot like that
