I can’t really remember the name of the movie or more than just one scene:
The main character goes to an apartment building (or hotel?) and at the lobby the receptionist won’t pay attention to him (I may vaguely remember he was eating cereal or talking on a phone) and when he enters the room and checks it realizes that the room is a trap because everything is new (the couch has the price tag and photo frames have the promotional photos) and with too much dust. He sees a Jean Paul Sartre book and realizes the name of the owner of the apartment is fake and comes from the book, so everything was a trap and runs until he finds out the receptionist who was the one to inform he was there.
I have been trying to find the movie or to remember something else about it, but I truly can’t. If anyone can help me I would appreciate it a lot. Thank you.
Dang it
It sounds similar, but I just checked and it’s not that one. The one I’m looking is newer, maybe it was a tv series? I just can’t remember more than just that scene!
