Movie about a girl who is kidnapped and trying to remember how

I remember about a year ago watching a movie. I don’t remember much of it but I do remember a few details. One of them had a rabbit-man like character with bright red heart eyes. Another was a man who was trying to track the rabbit I believe. I am pretty sure it took place in Russia or some kind of Slavic country. The movie ends with the girl relizing that she is not in a hospital and in fact she is talking to her kidnapper and escapes it which leads to a snowy open field in the middle of nowhere.

The whole movie is an Alice in Wonderland kind of style in terms of art. But it is a live action movie.
