Moovie with dinosor who hypnotyse and rule over man

When i was a kid, 30 years ago, I watched a moovie, a cannot remember anything except that there where people who where running from other ancestral people in a cave or volcano with many corridors. The ancestral people where armed with a spears, hypnotised and controled by sort of dynosors who where flying. I do not if it was on an other planet dimension or in the center of the earth.
