A group of friends are on a trip to a city and the girl in the backseat sees a woman screaming for help in a distant building being constructed. And in the end of the movie you realize that was herself and she was stuck in a loop. She was stuck in that loop because she and the group of friends bought some game in a store that was satanic and they didn’t say “goodbye to the demon”
Another explanation-
teens saw a creepy person in a window banging on it and they just took a pic of them and drove off again (at the end of the movie) there was a demonic golem looking creature that crawled on all fours and would crawl on the ceiling, it killed all the teens except one and that teenager ran to a window and started banging on it for help because she saw a car, but only a photo was taken of her, as it drove off. It was implied that she was killed too afterwards
