Help! Late 70s to maybe mid 80s at the latest. Terrorists highjack a nuke transport convoy on a midwest road killing the army escorts. A lone trooper shows up, tells bad guys “Put your hands Up!” One of the bad guys, toothpick in mouth I believe, does only to have a sawed off shotgun hidden in one of his sleeves trigger wired in such a way it goes off, end of trooper. Can’t remember much of the rest of the movie, standard good guy has to infiltrate bad guys to save the day fare. Thanks!!
