Jock nerd and a girl

This movie is about a all boys school, and a girl starts writing messages (maybe some sort of poems) to the “jock” of the school and this other guy ‘the nerd’ helps him reply to the girl. In the end the nerd falls for the girl and the girl falls for the nerd. It’s not an old movie, I think it’s pretty recent.
