It was a thriller on netflix at one point

The movie is in english, kind of cheesy. It starts with a demon trapped in a canteen buried in the ground, and ends with a female cop who turns out to be part angel killing herself with a grenade. The whole premise is that the demon thing possesses other’s when they kill whoever/whatever is currently possessed (usually in self defense) and the demon always runs around slaughtering people and screaming. There’s a hunter guy an a female cop, and also at one point they try to re-trap the demon by having a man poison himself and then kill his possessed daughter since that way he would die while possessed without being killed and the demon wouldn’t have a host.
