I can’t remember the name of an animated movie with a man spending money and ending up in jail

So the movie is about a man that saves another man. He gets thanked with a big diamond he sells for an insane amount of money. Then the rest of the movie is about him (and possibly Hudson) spending the money while the father goes more and more crazy. In the end he ends up ruining the city. He gets arrested and in court he can get away with a fine that’s the exact amount of money he has left. I feel like it’s in the same movie they pretend to be doctors and tell someone to eat bandaids on bread because her stomach is hurting. I believe i watched it on Netflix quite a few years ago.
