Horror movie “remember me”

I’ve seen this horror movie, 4/5 years ago at this point. There’s a man with his wife/girlfriend that move into a new home. The man is a writer i believe. They start getting calls in the middle of the night with random voices asking “remember me?”. Even after unplugging the phones, they still keep ringing. At some point, the man is in the kitchen when he sees his fridge magnets spelling out “remember me?”. Then he is surrounded by ‘ghosts’ who all ask him “remember me?” over and over again. I believe in the end the audience figures out that the “writer” was a stolen identity and that the man actually killed all those people (i think).
