Horror movie – cant remember the name!!!

There’s this movie that is about a family moving to a chainhouse. They are a dad, mom and a daughter who’s about 13 y/o. It might br an 80’s movie or at least played as if. They have thick tvs etc. Basically the first scary thing that happens (i think) is that their lamp starts swinging. The daughters school mentor/teacher is a pedophile. The daughter also go on a school field trip in like an old church? I think. And she sees a hanging of a person, like a vision. In one of the scenes she also sleepwalks out in the woods. Please help me find this movie!!!
