Horror film that was on Sci-fi years ago! Gang of children without eyes

I need help finding the title to this movie I saw years ago! A family of four break down on the side of the road in a spooky forest area. Later, children without eyes (no eyes at all) attack/kill them. At one point they play “ring around the Rosie” while hitting/beating the dad I believe with branches while the daughter hides under the car watching in terror. At the end of the movie the daughter wakes up in a room to find a crib. When she looks into the crib she sees a infant without eyes.
I watched this movie years ago in 2010 and I cannot remember the name or any specific lines, please help!
