Hi, please help finding the name of an indie thriller.

Hi,
I am looking for the name of a film about an officer. They deliver paper down these shoots, and the boss is really creepy. He, and his sister run the office. The staff get offered money to work a night shift, and things become weird, one employee shakes a box with a countries name in, and the country has an earthquake.

The boss rips a card up with the name of the employee, the employee dies.

That’s all I can really remember, other than that the boss kinda looks like Mark Strong/Stanley Tucci (I think).

Anyway I know this is barely any info but I would appreciate the help.
