Help me find this ghost movie

Spoiler* It is a movie where a man can see ghosts. He meets a woman who says she can also see ghosts and points one out in the distance to prove it. The woman shows him where she works and introdices him to an older lady, forgot why though. Towards the end, she disappears and the man tries to find her again. he visits the old lady who is tripped down a flight of stairs by a ghost the man can see and dies. In the end, the man finds the girl who says he is crazy and lied about seeing the ghosts. To prove himself, he sets down the gun and the woman shoots and kills him. As the woman calls the police, the man becomes a ghost and kills her.
