Starting to think I made this movie up, film takes place in Middle East I thing Hungary more specifically budapest. Man travels there I think because of deceased friend or relative maybe his dad. Gets the personal effects and goes to hotel room. Among the belongings was a cell phone. He comes across an encoded message or secret of some kind maybe from the belongings, he then comes to find out he can decode the message using the t9 system of cell phone substitution of numbers to letters from old flip phone keypad. The cover art I belobe was a man’s face, the main actors. Zoomed in very close with imagery behind him from the location the movie takes place possibly a bus or building on it aswell.
