Hey!!
The movie is a thriller/ horror (with a bit of comedy) about a young female (21ish, maybe college student) who rents a cabin/house alone and is stalked/ spyed on by the older male owner before he tries to kill her. He goes into the place when the female isn’t there and puts a spider in her eye contact case. The female can’t play an instrument well either (I think piano).
