Although I don’t have the answer, the license plate on the man’s car is from Portugal. I noticed the girl says “Sweet”, but if you look at the other cars the plates are similar indicating it was filmed there,I presume.A bit confusing. I don’t think this is a movie but either a clip from tv or a music video.
