Foreign movie two teen boys kidnap woman in red dress tie her to a chair

Hey Guys I am trying to re-collect a nice foreign movie where two teenage boys kidnaps a woman I think she was in red dress and ties her up to a chair. They might be attracted to each other but can’t remember. At the end I think one of the boys gets attracted to her and they fight over it. And at the end she gets intimate with the boy.
