Older, probably 2000s-2010 movie. It took place in a high school, and the antagonist was a female student who was using magic? Or powers to control other students. I think she made two boys kiss in one scene, but her main goal was a teacher she was in love with. The climax ended on a roof and with someone dead. Definitely felt more horror/thriller. AMERICAN FILM in English!!
