does anyone knows the movie about a boy being abandoned and grow up to be a mask killer?

A group of families went to the woods/forest for a summer holiday thingy. There are 5 children and they decided to explore the woods/forest because there is a house with a crazy man there. When they are walking 4 of the children gang up and bullied the boy. For example, they put insects in him and left him alone in the woods/forest near the house. The man take him in and took care of him but the man didnt treat him right. The boy grew up and kidnap the 4 children and tortured them.
