Comedy with teens near a beach

I guess the year is between 2010-2017 and is mainly about a boy (high school/student most probably) who is for some reasons constantly followed by a rich mafia man and his bodyguard. These two are driving a very beautiful car. I think the boy has 1 or two good friends and has a crush on a girl. The action is mainly near a beach, some in boarding school where the boy must find something, and on terraces. I really laughed at it, so whoever nails it has a good opportunity for some fun watching it. Thanks!
