Film was based around shady characters and at least one crime (a big bag of stolen money?, with a very “Coen brothers” feel to it. I remember a scene where a man is shot and there’s blood all over a wooden floor that another man slips in. I think it was a woman’s house/apartment. There was a brother/partner who owned like a used car lot, who was on the phone with his wife(?) while banging his secretary on the couch, and the secretary had scratched the wall with her nails so much that it looked like this has been going on for years. There might have been a beheading? I think it was made in the 1990s or early 2000s. Probably had an average viewer rating of ~7/10.
That’s all I can remember, else I’d probably find it through other means.
Thanks!
