Can anyone help me with finding a horror movie?

I don’t remember the name and I know it’s from the nineties, but I’m not sure.
Here is everything i remember:
– big house,
– man with Heterochromia,
– some ocult activities,
– some underground monsters, they were one meter tall and wore capes.
