A woman loses her memory after an accicent

Hi, I’m looking for a movie I’ve seen ages ago.

A woman has some kind of accident and loses her memory. She subsequently starts a new life under a new name as she remembers absolutely nothing. Several years later she has another accident and she suddenly “switches back” to her normal identity and goes back to “home” just to find that there is a new car in front and her husband is now married to someone else, because she disappeared like 5 years ago.

That’s all I remember. I guess it must be an early 90’s movie, maybe late 80’s.
